Ever notice when you focus on the positive things, more positive things happen?
Stop thinking about the risk of losing your job or running out of money. Focus on thoughts on adding more value at your job and being more spending-conscious.
Don't tell yourself, I can't afford it.
Tell yourself, I'm going to be able to afford it.
A thought might not seem important to you.
We have between 50K-100K thoughts per day, but the vast majority of these thoughts are repetitive, meaning we have them daily.
Your thoughts are powerful.
Your thoughts create your beliefs.
Your beliefs drive your actions.
Your actions create your results in life.
Don't get trapped in a scarcity mindset:
- I'll never have enough time.
- I'll never been good enough.
- There isn't enough to go around.
Break this cycle and realize:
- YOU are enough.
- YOU can learn any skill.
- YOU have plenty of time.
Write down 3-5 things you're thankful for each day.
Try not to repeat items. Think of the smallest good things that happened to you.
When you recognize what you have, you'll feel a sense of contentment and most likely will be motivated to work harder toward your goals.
This is a powerful exercise, giving you control over your emotions.
You'll recognize your power over your thoughts. You have the choice of whether or not to engage with them.
Slow, deep breathing and meditation can heal and give you an awareness you've never had.
A few phrases said each day have the power to transform your thoughts and beliefs.
Replacing negative thoughts with positive affirmations is a powerful way to start changing your beliefs.
The power in affirmations lies in the repetition and emotion used when saying these phrases.
